Therapy with Jenn
Welcome, love.
If you’ve landed here, it means you’re ready for something different. Not the kind of therapy that keeps you talking in circles, but work that actually moves you through the body, through the soul, through the science of how we heal.
I’m Jenn, a licensed therapist with more than 15 years in the field. I’ve sat with women, couples, and families through their hardest seasons and their most powerful transformations. And if there’s one thing I know for sure: healing is never one-size-fits-all.
My Credentials
BA in Journalism
because before I listened to people, I listened to the world and learned how to ask better questions.
MS in Clinical Psychology
grounding me in evidence-based practice and deep clinical knowledge.
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
with 10+ years of experience in mental health, trauma recovery, and relationship work.
My Approach
(where science meets soul)
I don’t believe healing happens only in the head. Talking is important, but it’s not enough. We need the body, the nervous system, and the spirit in the room, too.
The tools I draw from include:
Polyvagal Theory
teaching your nervous system safety and regulation.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
helping you meet the parts of yourself you’ve exiled, silenced, or hidden.
Somatic Therapies
bringing the body into healing through breath, movement, and sensation.
Somatic Attachment Therapy
weaving together how you love, connect, and attach.
Spiritual integration
because sometimes the answers are bigger than us, and healing means connecting back to Source, faith, or whatever roots you.
Who I Work Best With
I work best with people who are:
- Ready to move beyond surface-level coping and into deep transformation.
- Open to blending science with soul, strategy with intuition.
- Willing to be challenged as much as they are supported.
- Hungry for wholeness, not perfection, but fullness.
If you’re looking for quick fixes, bandaids, or someone to nod quietly while you vent, I’m probably not your fit.
What to Expect / Next Steps
I don’t offer consultation calls.
Instead, here’s how we begin:
- You’ll complete general intake paperwork.
- You’ll book your first session.
- In that session, we’ll explore whether we’re the right fit for each other.
- If we decide to move forward, we’ll create goals and a plan together.
You’re not officially a client until we’ve both agreed on the goals and direction of our work. The first few meetings are as much about alignment as they are about therapy itself.
If you’re ready to move beyond survival, into something deeper and truer, let’s talk.
